She studied art history, cultural history and protection of industrial heritage at University of Ostrava. She is currently completing her PhD studies at Palacký University Olomouc (3rd year, Department of Visual Art Education, Topic of PhD thesis: The issue of originality in artistic creation in the time of post-production strategies, PhD thesis supervisor: prof. Vladimír Havlík). She works as an assistant professor in the Department of Visual Art education, University of Ostrava, where she teaches computer graphics, art production and digital media. Her work focuses mainly on video art and digital media. She deals with post-production issues. In her artistic creation she focuses on working with emotions, looking for borderline situations and conducting a dialogue with nature.
